Alistair commenced his valuation career in Northland in 1968 and has been in private practice since the end of 1974. His knowledge of rural valuation work is wide-ranging, with particular expertise in compensation, land dispute issues, coastal valuations and forestry land valuations.

Steve is involved in all facets of urban valuation work in Whangarei city and throughout the immediate area north of Whangarei. His expertise in Northland dates back to 1972. His key focus areas are the mid-north region's lifestyle, coastal and commercial centres, together with a substantial asset valuation portfolio. This work range includes arbitration and litigation advice on a wide variety of disputes.

Mike commenced his valuation career with this firm in 1990 after completing his degree at Lincoln University. He has experience in Whangarei and the Kaipara Districts covering all aspects of urban valuation and has built up a substantial client base in Dargaville township servicing this area on a regular basis.

Julian commenced his valuation career in Wellington in 1997, in mid 1999 he relocated to Whangarei. Julian is involved in all facets of urban valuation work in Whangarei City. He specialises in commercial and industrial work, with his special areas of interest being ground rental assessments and valuations for financial reporting.

Nigel originally commenced practice in London in 1979 going on to specialise in the commercial field, majoring in investment and development work. Since emigrating to Whangarei in 1995 he has continued to specialise in commercial work and now consults to a number of substantial private organisations, local authorities and government departments.

Mark commenced his valuation career in Otago in 1974 after completing studies at Auckland University. In 2001 he completed a post graduate diploma in property development, management and feasibility analysis through Lincoln University. Mark relocated to Northland in 2002 and now covers the full range of urban valuations but with a focus on commercial and industrial properties, as well as coastal properties south of Whangarei.

Craig joined TelferYoung (Northland) in November 2005 after completing his BBS (VPM) degree at Massey University. He is predominantly involved in the residential sector in Whangarei City and the Far North District, but carries out a range of valuations including lifestyle blocks, development blocks and assists in commercial valuation. Craig became registered in March 2009, and enjoys a number of sports including golf, cricket and squash.

Aaron joined the TelferYoung (Northland) team in 2006 to assist in the rural sector. After graduating from Lincoln University he worked as a valuer in Waikato for six months, and later relocated to Whangarei. Aaron was brought up on a beef farm in the Manawatu, and his interests include farming, outdoor activities and basically any sport being played.

Daniel completed his BBS degree at Massey University, Palmerston North in 2008. Being from Whangarei, Daniel worked during his university holidays at TelferYoung (Northland), and became a permanent staff member in January 2009. Daniel is valuing in the residential and commercial sectors while working towards registration.

John completed his Bachelor of Applied Science at Massey University in the year 2000 before a brief dairy farm career and travel. He commenced valuation in Northland in 2007 specialising in rural, lifestyle, residential, coastal and compensation valuations. John's interests include all outdoor activities in particular fishing, diving and hunting.
