Doug has experience in the Hamilton City and greater Waikato region, including most of the provincial towns. Most of his work since 1981 is undertaken in Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Morrinsville and Huntly. He specialises in commercial and industrial properties, and also undertakes some residential and rural assignments. Doug's valuation and advisory work includes local investors' portfolios, work for local authorities, tertiary institutions and land associated with mining operations in Huntly and Waihi. Specialist work includes asset valuation, environmental impact studies for consent applications, and feasibility study of development projects.

Roger has experience in Hamilton City and the greater Waikato Region, including the provincial towns. Most of his work in the past ten years has been undertaken in Hamilton, Cambridge, Morrinsville and Te Aroha. He specialises in motel and camp ground valuation, as well as the residential market with active involvement in the higher priced residential and lifestyle properties, coastal subdivision and development projects. He maintains an active involvement in industrial valuations and the insurance assessment market within Hamilton City and provincial towns. Roger has experience in advisory work, including project development options for private developers.

Bill comes from a farming background having owned a dairy farm in the South Waikato some years ago. He retrained with full valuation qualifications, and has practised in the Waikato, particularly the rural market for some 16 years. Bill is also involved in the residential and out of town commercial markets.

Rob started his career in Napier moving to Hamilton in 2001. Since that time he has specialised in residential and commercial valuation. His recent work has been in the commercial and industrial market, including asset and insurance portfolio work for Local Authorities and the Waikato Regional Airport.

Since joining TelferYoung in March 2004 Andrew has had experience in commercial and industrial valuation within Hamilton City and the greater Waikato Region. Prior to joining TelferYoung Andrew worked for Opus International Consultants for five years as a Project Manager, Valuer and Property Consultant. Clients included Housing New Zealand Corporation, Ministry of Education, Office of Treaty Settlements and New Zealand Railways.

Russel joined TelferYoung in October 2006 as an experienced Registered Valuer. Russel started his valuing in Rodney District from 1994 with a variety of urban and rural work through to 2000. Following this Russel has been in the private valuing sector continuing in all parts of valuation activities and has a wide range of skills and experience.

Richard commenced his valuation career with TelferYoung in November 2006 after completing his qualifications from Waikato and Massey University in Palmerston North. Richard is currently involved in all facets of commercial and industrial valuation work in the Hamilton and greater Waikato region.

Anna commenced valuing in Hamilton in 2004, originally doing rating valuation work before overseeing a team of valuers. She has a rural background and specialises in residential and rural lifestyle valuations, not only in Hamilton but throughout the Greater Waikato Region.
