Chris Barnsley

Chris has a valuation career dating back to 1986. This has included international experience in London specialising in industrial property. His practice base includes appraisals of residential, suburban commercial and lifestyle rural/residential properties in Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua City and the Kapiti Coast. Although in more recent years Chris has specialised in residential valuation and consultancy work, he has also undertaken a number of asset valuations and portfolio valuations for insurance purposes.

Jerome graduated from Massey University in 1994 and relocated to Wellington working within the valuation sector in the Wellington and Hutt Valley areas. Graeme Kirkcaldie

Graeme has 40 years experience in the valuation sector. He has managed the property asset valuation of a major banking group, involving approximately 75 properties for over 20 years. His local practice involves appraisals of city peripheral/suburban commercial, industrial, residential, lifestyle rural/residential and retirement properties in the Wellington Region. He also specialises in property dispute arenas, and prepares annual asset valuations for private and corporate clients.

Jason Lochead

Jason initially commenced his valuation career in 1989 working for the Wellington City Council, undertaking a broad range of valuation assignments whilst there. He subsequently moved onto private practice and specialises within the Hutt Valley region for all residential, commercial and industrial valuation work, including lifestyle blocks, insurance assessments, rent reviews and subdivisional work. Jason also spent two years in London working for an asset management firm.
