
Demand is strong for refitted space, with relocation of hospital rebuild tenants and consolidation of government tenants impacting the market with a flurry of new letting from mid-2018 to now. New builds are continuing in suburban / secondary industrial areas. Refitting and expansion of existing / older stock is continuing.
