TelferYoung Central Lakes is a valuation and property consultancy practice based in Queenstown, covering Queenstown Lakes District and the lower Central Otago region.

Director David Tristram gained registration in Australia in 2010 before relocating to Queenstown with his young family in 2017 and joining the TelferYoung group in 2021 to assist in establishing TelferYoung Central Lakes Limited.

TelferYoung provides professional and confidential advice on residential, rural, industrial, commercial and specialist property assets. Our specialist skills and knowledge coupled with our analytical expertise and experience give us the ability to provide property advice and determine property values.
