In early 2021, our Wellington office opened up a satellite office in Paraparaumu to better serve the growing needs of the Kapiti Coast.

Our Kapiti office is permanently staffed by Amelia Kirton and Pip Sinclair, local valuers experienced in all areas of residential, commercial, industrial and lifestyle valuations. This includes rental appraisals, insurance and mortgage valuations, asset valuations, and ground rental assessments.
