TelferYoung Southland is an established valuation and property consultancy practice based in Invercargill, covering Southland and West Otago.

The company’s origins date back to 1995 with the business previously trading as Trevor Thayer Valuations Ltd then Thayer Todd Valuations Ltd and now TelferYoung (Southland) Ltd. Directors Robert Todd and Regan Johns, have taken the opportunity to join the TelferYoung Group using its strong nationwide coverage with local knowledge.

Robert and Regan gained their valuation degrees at Lincoln University and are both past chairpersons of the Southland Branch of NZ Institute of Valuers/Property Institute of New Zealand.

Our specialist skills and knowledge coupled with our analytical expertise and experience give us the ability to provide property advice and determine property values.
