BACKGROUND

Bruce Lavender qualified from Lincoln College in 1985 and relocated to Palmerston North with Housing Corporation. After shifting to private practices with Harcourts and Valuation Department, Bruce joined Blackmore & Associates Limited as Director in 1999. 

Bruce has over 35 years experience within a wide range of valuation tasks throughout the Manawatu and Horowhenua district markets.
