Bruce Mainwaring

BACKGROUND

Bruce Mainwaring obtained his qualification from Massey University in 1984 and has over 36 years experience.

 Bruce was employed by the Valuation Department until 1987 reaching Senior Valuer status, then moved into private practice based in Whanganui under the employ of Hutchins and Dick. He relocated to Australia in 1989 where he was employed by the Australian Taxation Office undertaking various valuation briefs. 

In 1991, he returned to New Zealand and established his own valuation practice then became a founding Director of Blackmore and Associates in 1994.
