Chris Stanley

BACKGROUND

Chris has been in private practice in Christchurch since 1985 and has been involved in the valuation of a wide range of properties across New Zealand. His primary focus is on investment property and specialised assess.

He has a strong interest in the profession being a former President of the Property Institute, former Vice Chair of the International Valuation Standards Council Standards Board, and a current member of the Property Institute Standards Board. Chris is a guest lecturer at Lincoln University on the topics of Valuation Standards and Insurance Valuations and has been a regular presenter to the profession on Valuation Standards.

Chris is a founding director of TelferYoung, past Chair and current Board Member of TelferYoung.
