Craig Russell

Craig is one of the directors of TelferYoung (Northland) and is currently the National Director of Residential. 

He has 15 years experience as a valuer with extensive experience over a range of property asset classes and various markets throughout Northland focusing primely on the residential sector. His passion lies primarily in the residential sector and has a vast experience in high end residential/coastal properties throughout Northland as well lifestyle properties. 

He provides expert advice to a range of clients including those looking to sell or purchase, estate planning, relationship property settlement purposes, feasibility studies, compensation, mortgage work for all major bank panels, insurance assessments and advisory work. Craig also specialises in subdivision land with expertise in development including feasibility/budgeting and analysing the development market.

His key focus is providing clear, sound advice with a focus on customer service and communication to assist with client’s property decisions. Craig has great interest in technology and systems with assisting TelferYoung with their systems and processes.

Craig has been a Registered Valuer since 2009. Craig and his wife Julia have two daughters and he spends the weekends enjoying family time, golf and fishing.
