Derek is a qualified urban valuer with 28 years' experience in Hawkes Bay and 10 years in the Gisborne market.
SPECIALISATION
Derek specialises in commercial/industrial valuations, as well as more specialised assignments such as Childcare, Self Storage and RSE accommodation complexes. He also completes residential, lifestyle and residential investment valuations and various compensation assignments.
