BACKGROUND
Dylan joined TelferYoung Auckland in late 2020 following his completion of a Bachelor of Property degree at The University of Auckland. He is working towards registration in 2024 under the supervision of Evan Gamby.
SPECIALISATION
Dylan focuses on commercial valuations across Auckland and his main involvement to date has included:
• Industrial warehouses and workshops
• Commercial offices
• Retail stores
• Assisting in portfolio-wide insurance valuations for Waitemata DHB, Whanganui DHB and Southern Cross Healthcare

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Outside of the office, Dylan is an avid sports fan, playing football through the winter and AFL over the summer.
He also loves to get away with family and friends to explore the beaches of the Coromandel and indulge in delicious food and drink.
