Garry Dowse

BACKGROUND

Garry Dowse has over 35 years of valuation experience and expertise in the valuation of Investment, Commercial, Industrial and Special Use properties for rental, insurance, market value and financial reporting purposes.

Garry advises several national companies and institutions both within and outside of Palmerston North. Over the years, he has been widely involved in property education including a period as a lecturer in Property at Massey University.

Apart from being a Director, Garry’s roles include staff training and leading the commercial valuation team.
