Ian has over 20 years experience in property valuation and consultancy in the Nelson, Marlborough and West Coast regions. He is dual qualified and registered as a valuer, property manager and property consultant. 

Ian specialises in commercial property valuation in the retail, office and industrial sectors with experience in the valuation of specialist urban property. 

Ian has been actively involved in the formation of TelferYoung as the merger and foundation chairman.
