BACKGROUND

Jared has been practicing as a valuer since 2014, prior to which he worked in residential and commercial property management throughout South Auckland and Waikato.

SPECIALISATION

Jared focuses on valuations in the former Franklin region of South Auckland. Areas of interest and specialisation include:

• Residential and lifestyle valuations for mortgage lending, market value, insurance and advisory purposes
• Commercial and Industrial valuations for market value, rental and insurance purposes
