BACKGROUND

Kendall’s valuation career dates back to 2002 when he graduated from Lincoln University. He has worked predominantly in the Rotorua and South Waikato Districts with a special focus on commercial and industrial properties. He has been a director of TelferYoung (Rotorua) since 2014.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Kendall is married and has two boys at primary school. He has an active role with their football and cricket teams and is also a BOT member of their primary school. Other interests include water skiing and getting out and enjoying the beautiful lakes and forests that Rotorua has to offer.
