Lucas joined TelferYoung (Hawkes Bay) Limited in 2013 and is a qualified urban valuer with 13 years' experience in Hawkes Bay. In 2003, he graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation & Property Management).

He became a Director of TelferYoung (Hawkes Bay) in 2016 and currently chairs the newly formed TelferYoung Māori Focus Group.

SPECIALISATION

Lucas specialises in residential properties but also carries out a range of other valuation assignments including lifestyle and commercial valuations throughout the Hawkes Bay and Gisborne areas. He also has experience working with Māori entities including iwi settlements and general consultation/valuation.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Lucas is a sports follower and enjoys time spent with his young whānau.
