Sam Glover

Background

Sam is an experienced property professional and Registered Valuer who provides valuation advice for commercial, industrial, and specialist property assets. He is based out of CBRE’s Queenstown office and services the wider Queenstown-Lakes District, Cromwell, and Alexandra localities.

He is an active member of the profession and currently holds Associate status with the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV) and is also a Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (MPINZ). Prior to relocating to Queenstown, Sam acted as the Deputy Chair of the Hawkes Bay PINZ Committee and as Chair of a Valuation Focus Group which provided technical support and guidance for valuers preparing for Registration.

Specialisation

Sam specialises in commercial, industrial, and specialist valuation assignments and has been involved in wide variety of property types. He additionally holds experience in commercial property management, site selection/acquisition, and negotiation between parties.

His work generally includes assessments for secured lending, rent review, insurance, financial reporting, pre-loss indemnity valuations, pre purchase/sale, feasibility, Unit Titles Act 2010, progress, depreciation, and compensation.
