Shayne Donovan-Grammer

Background

Shayne has in excess of 20 years experience in valuation and since 2015 he has been a director and shareholder in TelferYoung (Tauranga) Limited. 

He has a wide knowledge of both residential and commercial/industrial property including valuations for market value, rental, insurance, asset depreciation, body corporate share allocation, compensation and matrimonial settlements.

• Insurance – Valuing of schools, local and central government assets, large scale post-harvest facilities and apartment towers

Personal Interests

Shayne’s three major interests are sport, travel and property investment.

Shayne has played senior football for 30 years and has coached for 11 years. Shayne is a life member of Otumoetai Football Club.

Shayne, his wife Tracey and their two daughters travel extensively for enjoyment and to broaden their understanding of people and cultures.

Property investment is a big focus. Shayne considers himself a regionalist; “The Tauranga region is one of the best and most exciting places in New Zealand to invest and has nowhere near reached its potential”.
