Yoon-Jin Cha

BACKGROUND

Yoon has been a valuer since she graduated from Massey University in 2005. Yoon began her valuation career carrying out government valuation work in the Waikato region.

In 2007, she joined TelferYoung Waikato as a residential valuer. After she became registered in 2009, she moved to Auckland and carried out residential valuation work specialising in the North Shore area.

SPECIALISATION

Yoon focuses on residential valuations across the North Shore, areas of interest and specialisation include:

• Residential assignments on the North Shore for sale, mortgage lending and matrimonial purposes.
• Small scale residential developments and subdivisions
• Valuations of proposed residential development and alteration works.

• Bachelor of Business Studies (majoring in Valuation Property Management) from Massey University
• Registered Valuer
• Member of Property Institute of New Zealand

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Yoon enjoys spending time with her three children. She likes swimming, taking a walk and you can find her having a cup of coffee with friends or going to the weekend markets. Yoon is fluent in English and Korean.
