Background

Zane joined TelferYoung (Tauranga) in April 2016, prior to which he worked as a residential property manager. Zane undertakes a wide range of residential valuation assignments throughout Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty including valuations for mortgage lending, relationship settlement, insurance, and advisory purposes.

Zane specialises in residential valuations including houses off the plans or under construction, high value properties, apartments and townhouses, and small scale subdivisions.

Personal Interests

Zane enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing and watching a wide range of sports. He admires nature and doesn't mind getting his hands dirty so you can find him hiking, camping and getting into the odd DIY project.
